There simple problem fixed.

Is it really that big of a problem? If anything, by bringing in a new player, there is a better chance that the loot off of the next boss won't drop to the floor.
But why? More than likely someone always joins in progres. Better for a player to get that loot than letting it drop to the floor.

Someone leaves, another replaces. More have the option to get loot this way. People will always have inprogress clicked to get loot that only drops from later bosses anyway. Whats the issue with leaving?

There isn't a problem someone leaves they are almost instantly replaced.
You're not signing a contract when you use DF. If you want to leave, you already get a penalty. That's all that needs to happen.

I'm not seeing the problem here... if you Leave you aren't getting anymore loot from that run anyway cause you aren't there. If I can extrapolate what the issue is... people are getting to the chest with the drop they want (or what they believe is said chest), loot isn't there so they Leave. This isn't anything new, people have been doing this since Labyrinth. It's one of the side effects of a weekly lockout. Why finish what could be 45+ minute run when you can Leave, do some gathering/crafting then requeue if the drop you want didn't drop. I've never done it cause it's a pretty jerk thing to do, but I've seen it happen countless times over countless runs of every 24 player dungeon. This idea... won't make it stop (or even effect it... how is it even supposed to work, I don't even...).

1. Its selfish. Screw selfish people.
2. New person is another person you have to lot against, while the person who has got his gear can't roll anymore.

1. Makes vindictive statement about people being selfish
2. Makes a suggestion based off of selfish reasons!
am I missing anything here?
6 pieces of gear drop from each boss, how would you feel if 6/24 of your alliance drops every boss? Selfish community is in full force. Your time isn't THAT important, finish the dam raid.
