Oh yeah don't get me wrong I would love to have additional payment options other than listed few; the more payment options you have the more likely you are to have willingly paying players imo. And I'm in no way a devout for Click and Buy I only used it since it became part of XI/XIV's payment system. So I guess I would be a noob to the company, maybe I've been just lucky. But maybe the stories are merely made up (I'm not discrediting anyone's experience right here).

I just merely want to educate some that might be on the fence with it, and those are my opinions on the matter and my personal reasoning why I haven't had any problems and why I think some people might have had problems with the company.

Coming from a family who had one of the largest construction companies in South Carolina the BBB is a joke (I would just like to point that out) It really depends on how much you pay them [the BBB]. So honestly I would never use that as a creditable source, even more so than the alleged credibility of Click and Buy.

I may or may not cancel my click and buy payment method and switch to crysta. How much crysta is it per month? I mean like $12.99 is approx 1300 crysta a month right? Seems odd that they then only sell crysta in multiple of 1000 XD you'd have to do seperate transactions until they get it where you can just flat buy 'x amount' of crysta...

How come it's already going to pay to play in November when they haven't even remedied the issue about click and buy and never even commented with it on this forum even though they know it's a problem because of the people using it for 11?

I agree Omega at my job ( I do customer service for Cuisinart) my customers always complain about how they're going to the BBB and most of the time I'm thinking... ok good for you go ahead they're not even a part of it and who knows if the stories are made up I for one know that when it comes to my money I'd never joke about it or even lie about it but *shrugs* everyone is different
