Are These Available In-Game?

Yeah, they're definitely available, you just need to dye them - the weapons are the special level 50/ilvl 70 crafted weapons, and the armour are generally level 40-50ish/ilvl40-50 common vendor/crafted gear. Here's my attempt at interpreting what they are:

ARC

Weapon: most definitely Sarnga
Head: a common ARC hat, this is a good match: Ranger's Hat
Body: again, a common ARC tunic, like this: Ranger's Tunic
Hands: matching gloves to the above gear: Woolen Bracers
Legs: hard to say, but it appears to be subligar, of which this would probably be the closest: Raptorskin Subligar
Feet: this was difficult to decide, but I think this might be the closest: Cobalt-plated Jackboots

MRD

Weapon: definitely Rampager
Head: definitely Mythril Barbut
Body: seems to be a Peisteskin Harness
Hands: I'm pretty sure they're Mythril Mitt Gauntlets
Legs: A skirt that is probably a Boarskin Skirt
Feet: definitely caligae: Mythril Plated Caligae are a good match.

Dyes seem to be a dark red (like Rolanberry Red) for the ARC and a dark blue (like Midnight Blue) for the MRD.
