Just a simple suggestion that will help out bards alot imo.... make all songs have no cast time while WM is active.

Not game breaking at all, will actually make some bards play songs more often, especially things like Wardens Paean. MCH already have instant cast group TP/MP regen skills, no reason why bard cannot. They made WM cast instant and I personally think the other songs should get a similar treatment.
