    Black Friday Advertisement email/webpage feedback

Incase you're wondering, I'm reffering to this:

    https://xmail.square-enix.com/fe/vie...ZW5fVVMifX0%3D

Specifically, the advertisement for the Heavensward expansion. It is potentially misleading in that it seems like you're giving away the expansion for free for the next 5 days.

On the website proper, there's no information pertaining to this deal and it's at regular price.

It's not until you add it to your cart and go to checkout that you learn that they are not infact giving it away, but instead giving you a free copy of "A Realm Reborn" with the purchase of Heavensward.

Now while this is good news for people who don't own the game yet, there's a listing for "A Realm Reborn" on the "sales" webpage for 10 bucks as a stand-alone as shown in the following url:

    https://store.na.square-enix.com/bla...gital-products

It just seems underhanded is all. Whether it is or not, I wouldn't know.

I would like to suggest keeping a closer eye on your email advertisements as well as your storefront websites so that you don't mistakenly mislead potential customers.

Idk, seems fine to me.. The wording indicates that you get a free digital code when you buy it (hence the green Buy it Now). If it was free, you wouldn't see "buy".

While it SHOULD say what the digital code is for in the advertisement, I don't see it as they're advertising the expansion as free
