I am unable to abandon the Ties that Bind quest, I've talked to the Sanctum Acolyte and attempted to turn in the Wristlet of Innocence and it says that i don't have it (and yes, I've tried this with it in my bag, on my character and in my armory).

I've tried talking to Claribel, she only replies "how are things going"

Etoinelle wont let me do anything (says i don't have the wristlet)

I've sent in multiple tickets in game, and got little more than "talk to other players" as a response.
