    Question about Primal item drops

    Since the new patch came out a few weeks ago, I read on the notes that some Primal items (like Shiva's diamond tear) would now be able to drop fom the treasure chest in unsynced mode. Can anyone confirm if this is true? I've been farming Shiva ex unsynced for hours, but have not once seen the item drop.
