    *you are not on the trial version
    *you haven't paid for a subscription yet
    1. Log in at Final Fantasy XIV - Mog Station -> https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/mogstation
    2. Click Manage Service Options
    3. Click Enter Recruitment Code
    4. Enter the recruitment/friendship code
