To make your adventure a bit easier, you can use a "recruit a friend"-Code which gives you access to a few items which are nice to have.
To redeem my code (B8E23B9P) you have to:

- Go to FFXIV Mog Station ( http://sqex.to/Msp )
- Register a Square-Enix Account
- Click on "Your Account" at the top left of the screen
- Click on "Manage Service Options"
- Click on "Enter Recruitment Code"
- Enter the CODE: B8E23B9P

(Those items you'll get are a Friendship circlet which will increase the EXP by 20% until you reach LVL 25, 99 free Teleports, an Emote (fistbump), and 10 Silver Chocobo Feathers which you can exchange for Armor)Good luck and a wonderful Journey!

Click "Manage Service Options"

Click "Enter Recruitment Code" and enter one of the codes. You must enter the code before purchasing a subscription for first month otherwise you won't receive the bonus items!

Pick up your rewards from a Delivery Moogle in game.

Bonus items you'll receive are:

Friendship Circlet: Increases EXP earned by 20% when level 25 and below.

Aetheryte Ticket x99: 99 free teleports.

Ballroom Etiquette - Improper Greetings: Unlocks fist bump (/fistbump, /brofist emote)

10 Silver Chocobo Feathers: Trade these to the Calamity Salvager NPC in the main cities to obtain special items. Items include level 20, 50, and 60 armor and weapons!
