How to use a code:
1. Create a Square Enix account
2. Login to the Mog Station: http://sqex.to/Msp
3. Click "Manage Service Options"
4. Click "Enter Recruitment Code" and enter one of the codes. You must enter the code before purchasing a subscription for first month otherwise you won't receive the bonus items!
5. Pick up your rewards from a Delivery Moogle in game.
