As you’ve probably seen from the dozens of posts here, there’s good loot for you. And obviously, I gain something as well (let’s be honest!)

Join Lich and I will gift you an additional 1 Million Gil and an invitation to our Free Company (guild) where over 200 players are happy to help with mentoring, queueing, grinding and all else. The code will still work on other servers but without the bonuses offered.
