You can register the codes by following these steps:
1) Create a Square Enix account.
2) Log into your Mog Station account here: http://sqex.to/Msp
3) Go to the "Manage Service Option" tab.
4) Enter a Recruitment Code from above. Do this before purchasing your first 30 days to get the bonus items.

Bonus items include:
- Friendship Circlet. Increases EXP earned by 20% when level 25 and below.
