You can register the code by
1. Creating a Square Enix account
2. Logging into your Mog Station here -> http://sqex.to/Msp
3. Clicking the tab "Manage Service Option"
4. Last but not least, entering the Recruitment Code - must be before you purchase your first 30 days.
