The tricky part is that Plunge needs a target, so, each time they would like to negate "Tempered Will", they could simply make you unable to select a target, instead of just bypassing the effect.
They could replace Tempered Will with the gap closer from the 1st boss of the Vault, Shield Bash included.

I can see it now - Shield Charge: Closes the gap to your target and stuns them for 2s. 15 yalm range. Drains all TP. 7 minute cooldown.

You know what else works against landslide? Stepping to the right. That doesn't even have a 3 min cooldown, you can do it as often as you want.

The downside to stepping to the right comes into play with lag / bad play / panic / slow-as-hell reactions.
Tempered Will can help at least eliminate the middle, for one landslide.



Hey this doesn't remove Brute Justice's bind either. I kept forgetting to test it out but last week I didn't use it on land mines and remembered.
