Missing 1.0 Titles

Many of my titles from 1.0 have not carried over to 2.0-3.0. A few of them did, but not all of them. Titles that I am certain I have received but cannot use are "Notorious Monster Hunter," "Sidestepper," "Wild Thing," "the Winter Wyrm," "Messenger of Love," "Princess for a Day," "Dreamseeker," "Inquisitor," "Stonesplitter," "A Kobold's Worst Nightmare," "An Amalj'aa's Worst Nightmare"

World name: Excalibur (formerly Gungnir)
Character name: Juniper Waterdragon
NPC name: n/a
Monster name: n/a
Class/Level: n/a
Party or solo: n/a
In-game time:n/a
Area and coordinates: n/a
Steps:
1. I go to my profile and try to select a legacy title I know I earned.
2. The above titles are not on the list.

This is the third time I have reported this problem and nothing has been done about it. I've had no correspondence from anyone from Square Enix whatsoever about this problem, despite my repeated attempts. All I want is to get back the titles I earned through hard in-game work. I've been a paying customer for an extended period of time now. I want to know what I can do to recover these titles and if recovery is even possible. I don't think it's too much to ask to get an explanation of what happened, at the very least.

Follow these instructions as posted by the LGM.

In the System menu, select "Support & Information".
Search for "Achievement" in the FAQ. This will not yield any results.
Press the "Support Team" button to submit a GM Call.
For question 1, choose "In-Game". For question 2, choose "Other".
For the type, put in something along the lines of "1.0 Achievements".
In the body, list the achievements you feel that you should have on your character that are not currently there.

Thank you for this information! I'm going to give it a try. The only thing is that I do have the achievements. They still show up in my achievement log. I just don't have access to the titles (rewards) for those achievements!
