Static Diadem Weather too boring

Please allow Diadem to have different weather effects. Everytime I go into diadem normal its always sunset, let us see some variety please.

Both ideally but I guess I've been really "lucky" then because its only been clear skies the times I've gone in (10-15 times). You've actually seen different weather?

I see storms and strong wind quite often, and every once in a while there is rain. There's a Skywatcher on that island with the NPCs, you can see what he tells you.
(it's actually a GUY SKYWATCHER. Weird since the rest in Eorzea are women.)

They should have it where different types of enemies spawn under certain weather conditions.

I believe the OP is asking for the time of day to change. I never understood why time freezes in the diadem.

Partially yes, time of day as well as weather. I just never noticed the weather change before for some reason. (I play with max settings on PC)

IIRC HM is always 2 AM, Easy/Normal are 2 PM.
