Clear Skies or Fair Skies in Coerthas Western Highlands, both night and day. Often in Fair Skies situations there, the snow glitters as it falls, which is one of my favourite forms of snowfall in real life.

That's diamond dust, a real weather condition on Earth. It's when there's a cold snap that suddenly freezes the moisture in the air and causes ice crystals to form in the air because of the cold. It's also a rare weather condition and rarely happens on Earth.
