Still does it on my screen, though I haven't been in So Than since before the patch.

I like the new Umbral Wind in sea of clouds, morning fair weather in Coerthas Western when the snowflakes glimmer, and Gales in La Noscea.

My fave has to be Tension in the Shroud.

Other weather effects that I like are (in no particular order): heat waves in southern thanalan, thunder storms or rain, anywhere (wet clothes ftw \o/), Umbral static in churning mists, and snow/snow storms in Coerthas west/central.
