Anything connected, attached or synced with FFXIV as a game, that is third party software, is against the ToS. Voice chat, mouses and keyboard are not connected to FFXIV in that form and are therefore not against the ToS.

Plus you know, don't try to use silly remarks like that to further your argument, mouses and keyboards have nothing to do with FFXIV as a game.
