Hope you didn't want sensible content you could do with your FC! After this, you'll HAVE to join the Dino Island zerg to get a decent drop rate.they are considering changing the drop rate of gear because multiple groups working together are killing mobs way too fast and gaining more loot than they expected.
Took less than a month for this content with so much potential to be totally ruined.

We do it in A-and-S-Ranked hunts.
We do it in 24-people raids.
We can even go into Diadem in a 24-people alliances via FC airships!
Don't punish the players because you though we wouldn't do what we normally do.
I'm personally glad they changed Haurchefant, from reading his JP dialog my reaction to his sacrifice would have been "thank you evil pope, that guy was creepy, please can you make him bleed out faster?"
him being a friend who we slowly formed a budding bromance with, rather than "that perv who wants my lalasausage" made his death WAY more emotionally impactful.

To just lower the drop rates as a response to zerging is so effing lazy.
FIX the content, SE. Add some kind of structure, like more objectives or some kind of popped NM hierarchy that FORCES people to explore independently.
This Diadem has the potential to be a whole new avenue of endgame, but right now it's just a god damned loot pinata.

They keep doing this, they keep not implementing restrictions, they keep leaving things up to players, when players prove time and time again that no good comes of it. So many parts of the game are like this, and yet they never seem to learn from it. As for Haurche... yeah. English localisation team has been taking far too many liberties with the translation, with more-or-less this exact reasoning ("Western players would probably not like that", iirc because Koji is a lore-main as well as the lead of the English team), and time and time again they're called out on it. Time and time again players are generally not happy with it. I'm surprised it wasn't even ok'd with Yoshi though.

Are the english subs really not worth even trying (heard the JP devs ignore most suggestions english players make) or have any of you read a single thread in there???

I have been backing you guys for quite some time as being one of the best MMOs as far as listening to the player based but when you put together...
"we don't like how much gear is dropping" WITH "Player feedback" then it is out right obvious that you just want to make a change because your serves are gonna blow since now everyones inventory count just sky rocked and you still don't have a solution for it other than pushing the idea off like it's ours... or please prove me wrong and show me the treasure trove of player feedback saying to much gear is dropping please reduce some.
The only one constant thing that is being said over and over (besides the complaints) is the FC'S NEED TO BE ABLE TO FORM AN ALLIANCE!
This is some Bioware / EA type stuff guys... be better than that.

I'd disagree, Thordan's difficulty is more on par with coil then what we have gotten so far as extreme primals. Hell It's mostly just a culmination of every mechanic from 2.0 wrapped into one fight, including coil ones. I can definately see statics having fun with this fight but it will be a nightmare for anyone trying to beat it on party finder. So basically your just sitting at roughly 5-10% clear rate just like the raids.
I think Thordan is great. Diadem needs to have longer respawn times to discourage zerging constantly, and the storything I on't really care about.
