    Balancing is not a pain.
    It's extremely simple.
    SE has a very VERY low complexity compared to other games out there, and those too don't have that many issues with balance.

    And I'm talking about how stats interact, how the damage formula ends up looking like, etc.

    "hard to balance" is the one excuse I do not accept from SE.

    Level 60 No XP, Gil instead.

    I have been asked to make a suggestion on my friend's part. I think it's a great one. When we're doing quests of any kind on a max level job, on some where you would get XP and some gil, the XP symbol it's just a 0 because of being maxed, why not have it give increased gil instead. And even quest's that give a max character XP, it just really goes to waste. Why can't we have an option for that XP to be assigned to a different class so it's not for nothing or yes, a gil option. Nothing crazy, but maybe like 5-20k. Might even hinder RMT's? I know it would be a nice change, but just wondering how it would actually work?

    How about instead of gil, you get extra Free Company points. It would encourage people to level up to 60, and be valued for it. The more they would fight at 60, the faster free companies could level up, or maintain actions.
