If OP just did it now, roulette doesn't reset until like another 1.5 hours...

Actually, the reset for roulette is 10:00 EST now. Japan doesn't observe daylight savings.

Look it clearly, it says "swift first-time completion" which means it's bonus for your job's first time clear without wipe, not Daily Roulette Bonus.

Did you not read anything I said? It was my first dungeon of the day and I DID NOT get the roulette bonus xp for clearing the first time. In fact it says I already got the reward and it's 3 pm. This is not user error.

If this is the first and only time it has happened, shrug and move on. Maybe the mistake is on you, maybe it's a bug. In either case, don't let it bother you. It's just a thing that happened, and is not worth popping any buttons over.

If this happens repeatedly, THAT is when you should be concerned. Place a bug report.

In neither case should you expect to be reimbursed for the lost exp or anything. That simply won't happen, and that is also a thing which is not worth getting upset over.

So wait, you ran it before the reset prior to 10AM EST this morning and had not run it in the prior 24 hour period, but it's still saying you already got your bonus for the dungeon after the reset as well?

That is strange.

Did you run the dungeon prior to 10am and complete the dungeon after 10am? I think it based on when you complete the dungeon not when you queue, so if you start dungeon at 9:40 and complete dungeon at 10:01 you would get the bonus for the day then. Therefor not getting the bonus at later time when you queued.

This bonus is not for your job's first time through, it is for a party member's very first time through.
