    Optional Item Delivery Error

    Hey, i tried ordering Fantasia off of the Mogstation, and it didn't send even though i got an email saying the order was completed, and i tried the reward delivery request and got no results. Its like the system just took my money and assumed the order was completed and it never deleted.

    What's going on?

    Check your mailbox and look at the number in the bottom LEFT. You can only have a maximum of 10 "System" messages (from things like Veteran rewards as well as Mogstation etc) so possibly you already have 10 and therefore it's not delivering any more.

    To fix simply find an old message and delete and then recheck and they should arrive.

    Edit: Bottom LEFT not right. My mistake there

    Also, if you have multiple characters, check that you didn't accidentally send it to the wrong character. I don't know that they will compensate you for that, but it is a possibility that might be why it's not coming through for you.
