I'm 99% sure that he meant that as an obfuscating deflection. There is precisely one piece of Allagan wreckage in the whole of Dravania, and it just happens to be in Niddhog's lair, gods only know how far north of the piece in Boulder Downs? Total coincidence. And now he's packed up his bags and booked it to Azys Lla, almost as if he knows exactly what it is and what he wants to do with it? He just has a good eye for detail, and his first and only brief visit left an impression.

Call me paranoid, but I don't trust anything in the intersection between Allagans and coincidence.

Correct, they currently serve Hraesvelgr. He's the only one with his head still screwed on straight, so that's not really a surprise. In the past, though, during Zenith's heyday, it's not unreasonable to assume they served all three of them in some capacity.

Unfortunately, pretty much all we have to go on is 1000+ years of Moogles playing telephone, and who knows how much of that was lost or misremembered when one young mogprentice started dozing off for lack of kupo nuts.
