    you could talk to your IT department and they should allow it for that client....at least, mine did.

    I sent mine an e-mail, but my campus internet has been having significant issues lately (thus rendering the IT guys extremely busy) and my plea will likely remain un-addressed for a few weeks at best.

    Then please post said link, because I have gone through about 50 google links after searching "patch 1.19a FFXIV" and dozens of variants on that search and have not found it.

    You're probably talking about 1.19. I'm not looking for that, I'm looking for 1.19a (the small patch from tuesday or whenever it came out).
