Because it gets old hearing it the 9th or 10th time.

1st time? Sure, yeah, it sucks. Here's how you can make it better.
2nd? Have you tried this? It's a bit more obscure but it works.
3rd? Are you even trying by this point?
    4th-10th: Done caring.

You're a tank. Your roulette generally put you in the 'adventurer in need' category. Doing your roulette each day will result in positive gil intake unless you do nothing but run a teleport circuit all day.

Edit: Logged on real quick to check the 'in need' bonus gil; A clean sweep of daily roulettes will give about 34k gil for being the adventurer in need, not counting the gil you get for your daily reward.

You have all three gathering classes at 60. Just gathering and selling Adamanatite, Dark Steel, and Silkworm Cocoons once a day (starting at 11PM Eorza, ending around 3AM, about 15 minutes of real time and 2K of teleport fees) should keep you in a comfortable amount of gil. And then there's Mog Poms and other fish.

There's also money to be made in HQ GC turn-ins and levequest turn-ins for mid-levels.

So I don't understand why you are so poor.

Your so poor you can't even afford teleports? You are doing stuff wrong then. Refer to the posts above.

Could also try doing some maps as well. Even with a wyernskin map, you get about 2k for killing easy prey targets that pop out of it, not to mention the possibility of HQ items in the chest you can sell as well for a good chunk of gil once per day.

Adding to the posts above, it's pretty easy to make enough to sustain yourself for everyday activities.

I grinded out flax for my first million to pay a friend back who lent me it for a glamour with 1 gatherer in the 30s and no crafts leveled. If you apply yourself (especially with high level DoL/DoH) then you'll find ways to make money easily. Markets in MMOs, especially those which feature continual cap raises and patched vertical progression, are never stable for extremely long periods of time. Things will come and go in popularity as more content is added. You can't expect to do the same thing the entire time without adapting to the market.

You say you have a level 60 HQ set, that's plenty to start making primary materials (primary materials count as crafts because they're crafted, just because you refuse to call them such does not change the fact that they indeed are) needed for airships or 50-60 crafters who aren't omnicrafting. You can also if you insist on creating finished products go into other markets like for example making crafting class quest items and selling them for decent profit. You can see what's trending on your server by checking the history and then jumping in on the market as well. If you chose to not see the value in older crafts (which are still in demand for glamour and housing and whatnot) then that's your own choice.

As for the cyberbullying claim, nobody in this thread was malicious toward the OP despite him seriously trying the patience of everyone who attempted to offer him advice. I also find it strange that your first post on the forum despite being registered for quite some time was in the defense of the OP who has been rude and uncooperative with everyone in the thread but I won't say anything more on the matter. As for the gil thing as others have suggested if you only have 3k gil with level 60 gathers then you haven't put any effort into making gil at all.

]Here's a fun fact SE open this can of worms a long time ago by making crafting and gathering a freaken chore. Most people attempted crafting but not very many got 1 craft to 50 let a lone all of them. I understand that most people think a mmo is suppose to be a mind numbing boring freaking grind... There are far better ways to keep people busy. For one if they made crafting and gathering more fun than what it is then a A LOT MORE PEOPLE would do it. This means you have to cut out all the mind numbing bs. You still have to do some work but at least it will be more fun. This will lead to more active accounts for a much longer time period which in turn would keep the server population healthy. This would also mean that more people will get gathering groups together to run diadem. This will also allow SE to bring out more content for gathering and crafting.

This whole thing about making GIL off the things you create is so dumb. I would rather see people getting groups together to farm and then doing crafting quests outside of Leve quest... I mean awesome open world content that would actually build your crafting/gathering class up the same way a battle class grinds dungeons or raid for gear. This would make crafting and gathering a hell of a lot more fun.

The devs could come out with group content that would need groups of 2, 4, 6 or 8 people to get things done and I don't mean treasure hunt quests either. I mean real quests that needs a group to go out to a certain area in the open world to help towns and other places to help them out either by clothing and building shelters for the homeless or help fortify forts to keep the unwanted out... they can even throw in mini battles with npc and dragons fighting each other and then based on how well you do with fixing cannons, wall..ect would determine the outcome of the fight. There are limitless ways to make crafting and gathering far better than what it is now. The Ixil crafting daily quests was a good starting point but we need something on a much grander scale.

The devs can even throw in (popularity or skill) ranks so as you build up rank you will be able to purchase any rare mats you need for any level of crafts you want for next to nothing. This would lead to more people helping each other instead of ripping people off. I just don't understand this "SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE" mentality. It all boils down to "look at me look at me" and greed.

Were numbers invented or discovered? How many Moogles does it take to make Kuponut rum? Answer: zero... They will give you a quest to make it.
