I don't even have the gil to teleport and do Cacpot. Retainers are full and selling nothing of what used to be millions of gil worth of vanity, now worth far less then they cost to make. (Allagan Leather).

You can't teleport or pay Cactpot? Seriously? Why let yourself get below 10 million in the first place?

I'm at 57 million and wouldn't drop below 10 million for any reason that's not meld-related.

Also, I was crafting the augmentation items (Fighter Augment was a nice one, though it didn't sell often), for 200-300k a piece (for maybe 50k of annoying-to-get mats). Retainers can bring them now. Price? 90k if lucky, 30k otherwise, for all augments.

I note my amount of gil at the end of the day to check my progress.

43.6 -> 45.2 -> 47.9 -> 49.1 -> 49.7 -> 51.2 -> 52.7 -> 53.6 -> 55.5 -> 57.1

I started supplying my crafting with some gathering. So some, maybe half (rarely more than 700k in a day from gathering alone) is from gathering whatever I think is worth it. I make no items above 50 starred items (though I could). I'm only keeping about 30 items on retainers, along with whatever the retainers bring that isn't NPC tier.

As I say, I only started playing the game January of this year. I've not played this game for a year yet. I have spent alot of gil on various armors, Like the Artisan when I was in the Expansion Waiting bit of ARR. I've never ever had mulitudes of gil at one time. As I've always used it to try and better my game. But now. It's like all the crafts from level 50 to 1 are now useless. Why are Ventures giving us this stuff? Couldn't they have made something else for them to give us instead of ruining crafts.

These nerfs are going too far. It's making the game easier for new players but it's killing people who have played it while it was still hard. I don't have the stats to make any of the new weaver or leatherworker vanities. I have no crafts to make gil from because retainers are flooding the markets. Not only that, People saying it's stupid. Come to my server and look on the MB. Nothing has value anymore.
