    True, but if you're accessing the website it's not you breaking the ToS, it's the people uploading it.

    My quote of your post is not likely to be seen in the same light as posting it initially. However, even if you aren't using the program yourself it is still up to SE's discretion if you've violated the ToS or not by the post. Just trying to offer a bit of advice for your own protection since SE is not known to be charitable to those mentioning such programs on the forums.
