I really think it's time for the 4-people requirement on workshops to be gone.

Another glorious bump to an important topic that needs attention. With new housing wards coming to Shirogane, now is the time to remove the light party requirement in FC workshops. Stand with me my fellow crafters!
At this point, my tiny FC is discontinuing its forays into FC Crafting. Why? Because I'm the only one doing it.
So that workshop was such a waste of gil. Sigh.
Would be super nice if they killed that requirement. But I'm suspecting it won't.
Agree with this. It's not like there's any meaningful feature within the workshop that requires a light party. Mostly you prep everything in advance and have 3 ppl AFK while the 4th person putting in mats. We even tried to include low craft level FC members so they can get some tiny exp from putting in stuff. But found that it's cumbersome to work out who to put what in because of the craft level requirement to items.
It's a hassle for smaller companies. In fact, it's a complete mess for smaller companies. This has been going on for years, and I just don't understand why they think this is normal. It's not the biggest issue in the world or anything, but it's not like it benefits anybody to keep it this way, it's not like there are drawbacks to change it, and it's not exactly a difficult task for SE to modify this, either.
Innocence doesn't mean an absence of wickedness, nor is it represented by the absence of anger or hatred. Innocence is when seeing others hurt also hurts you. When one becomes blind to the people suffering in the world, that is what it means to have lost one's innocence.
I'd love for this to be lifted. Small FC's struggle with this restriction in place. I hope it's lifted one day. *Fingers crossed* >.<
Definitely need to lift the 4 people requirement. My company only has like 5 people on at a time and usually the other people are a) not crafters or b) too busy running other content to help. Having to use party finder options is tedious and a waste of people's time in general and sometimes they expect payment for their time. We also have people who want to build specialty houses but can't because of crafter level requirements as well. SE really needs to get rid of both requirements to make the company workshop worthwhile. Hopefully when Shirogane drops they will address this issue, but not holding my breathe.
You only need one people that achieve all the requirement. I do agree that this feature is super tedious and should be removed.Definitely need to lift the 4 people requirement. As we move closer to housing in Shirogane, let us kindly remind the devs about a quality of life change for us crafters who actually like doing FC crafts. Aetherial Wheels really shouldn't take a light party to complete. #NEVERFORGET.
They should have made it where people get a small bonus in XP if they joined the party when something is crafted. Just scale it to the level of crafter the person is at. It might be how their system works (where being over 10 levels prevents power leveling) I wouldn't see it as a bad thing if it encourages people to craft with the workshop more. Least give peopel a good reason to sit around in party instead of watching the same cutscene.
