Workshops - getting 4 people in there to progress a tier is getting tedious

A lvl 1 crafter is enough. If just unlocking one is too much effort then the fc is in a sorry state indeed.
I would still prefer the party requirement to be eliminated though.

And what if you have a small FC intended for you a handful of friends, none of whom are available for one reason or another? The requirement alone is already dumb. There is precisely zero reason to make FC only. Just remove it entirely.

The restriction, or at least some restriction like it, is necessary to discourage people from using it as a personal workshop. It's fine as it is. If you can't get four people together to sit in the workshop, you're an FC in name only anyway. If anything, I think they should increase the stringency of the requirement such that the four people all have to belong to the FC.

Why does it matter though? If only I want to work on the workshop, why do I need to bother other people for my projects? People who want to use it as a personal workshop can easily get around the restrictions. It's literally just an annoyance at this point not a deterrent.
