Workshops - getting 4 people in there to progress a tier is getting tedious

After all this time I'm sure this is one of the things they just won't ever get around to fixing, but I really wish they would. My FC is very small - we only have five or six active members and a whole bunch of people who just log on occasionally, and we all play at different times of the day, so it's nearly impossible to collect enough people all at once to fulfill the light party requirement.

The party doesn't have to be just FC mates, could be anyone. Worst case scenario is making a PF or sending out a message on NN asking for 1, 2, or 3 people to come to the workshop. Shouldn't have any trouble finding people willing to spend 5 minutes helping you out.

A workaround for those with multiple PCs is to create trial accounts. Invite them to your party and they can stand around while you craft. Friend and I do that specifically to get around this annoyance.

why multiple pc's?
you can start the game on at least two accounts on one pc having the game running twice. i have done so several times already

You can also makes deals with other small FCs to help each other out.

Requiring 4 crafter is one thing, requiring 4 lv1 crafter is useless and annoying.
