Workshops - getting 4 people in there to progress a tier is getting tedious

Bumping to hopefully remind the dev team that needing 4 crafters in the workshop is annoying.

While I've found the level requirements annoying at times, I also used it as motivation to level up crafters that I would have otherwise ignored, so I can see a point in having that requirement still especially so people can't just have level 1 crafters put everything in that they bought off the market board.

So they are adding the subaquatic voyages, any word if they fixed this annoyance in 4.2?

No hint of it being changed. Though perhaps... it could still happen. May have to wait for the Patch Notes.

Either way... so wish it will change. Now with subs happening, it's going to be a pickle getting it built with my FC being crippled.

it's also a pain if a member d/c's and doesn't come back, you need to find someone else and wait how long to see if someone comes back if they do

Please devs don't forget about this change. Most people just gather all the materials before hand and get 4 people so that it can be submitted all at once. If you want to make it a "group" thing you have to make it so anyone can submit and advance the craft on their volition, and the finished product should just go into a storage that a FC member with sufficient rank can retrieve or something.

Another patch, still no fix. I'm convinced they've decided if they just ignore it long enough, it will go away.
It's only been 4 years.

Our FC is small and sometimes I'm online waiting for them to log in to play and I just want to pass the time gathering and crafting for the workshop project. It is indeed very annoying that once I finish a step I just have to wait for three more people to come to be able to progress. And some days there are only two or three of us playing, or while we are four we forget. Also tired of some FC mates complaining when I tell them "come here first so we can advance the project". It's very annoying. I get the point of why exists, but being so greatly inconvenient I would either remove it or make it that only two people are needed.
