Workshops - getting 4 people in there to progress a tier is getting tedious

In fact I approve of requiring 4 people, as it promotes (forces?) other FC members to participate in the content and means that people are working together, rather than the "airship guy" building them on his own.

It only forces 3 other people to be on a crafting job, in your party, and in the workshop with you. They should add some real FC content to promote more people being involved.
