Patch 3.3 has come and gone, but there are still no changes to workshops! Did the dev team decide not to make any changes?

Please SE, this very system is targetted at Low pop FCs. The fact that we need a light party to even craft these FC buffs is rediculous. At the very least, unlock the Tier II buffs from requiring a party to complete. Tier III buffs are very powerful and since the newest Aetherial Wheel Stand 6 cant even charge more than 1 of these at a time, i would understand if they would require a light party to craft.
There is no reason the Tier II buffs should be gated by this party requirement.
Your hindering low population FC's when this very system was created to help them.
I want to bump this again so that maybe it will show up in patch 3.4, because it seems like they've forgot about it! :c
The tiniest lala.

I really hope they haven't forgot about this. Let's hope its slated to drop in 3.4 because this limitation is really hindering the aetherial wheel system.
I think requiring 4 people for housing and airship crafting is fine, the wheels could be done by a single person though in my opinion. As much as there is a slight hassle in finding people to help you craft in the workshop, I found it is a good social thing and have made few friends from it.

I agree, 4 people isn't a huge amount for an FC. And even very small FCs can easily meet the requirements (The 3 other people don't have to be from the FC IIRC, and their craft can be lvl 1 so even a non crafter can go unlock the craft in 5 mins). In fact I approve of requiring 4 people, as it promotes (forces?) other FC members to participate in the content and means that people are working together, rather than the "airship guy" building them on his own.
I don't know much about wheels etc. though so I can't comment.
Edit: slightly offtopic but would help this. What I do want is a direct teleport to the workshop, as someone with slow load times, entering the housing district, then entering the house, then entering the workshop takes far longer than necessary.

It only forces 3 other people to be on a crafting job, in your party, and in the workshop with you. They should add some real FC content to promote more people being involved.

That was my point. In a larger FC, the trend would be to get FC members to come to the workshop, it doesn't 'have to be' FC members, but that would be the most likely choice for an FC that can accomodate, and thus gets the rest of the FC involved with the activity. I think the problem is that SE is damned if they do, damned if they don't with this one, as if they take away the 4 person requirement, suddenly people scream that there is no content for FCs to work together on (I know this isn't real multiplayer content, but taking it away gives us even less) because one person can do it all on their own.

One person can already do it all on their own though, unless people standing on a level 1 crafting job in the workshop counts as "doing something". I'd like to meet someone that feels teamwork and camaraderie doing that. That was my point. They can at the very least just combine all the steps of every recipe so you only have to have a group in there once. The recipe would be way less cumbersome for people to look at and see what is needed and progress doesn't get halted midway if you don't have enough people on. If navigating the menu and turning in items wasn't such a pain in the ass I'm sure we'd have a lot less instances of FCs having 1 person doing all the crafting for the workshop.

I guarantee you nobody in the current situation is calling this "good FC content". One person already does do it all on their own, the other 3 people do nothing but stand there. That was my point.
