Hello all. im considering selling my small house in Balmung goblet original ward 7. What would be a fair price more or less?
I have a small private house in the Mist (Brynhildr) that an FC kept raising their offer on. I told them it wasn't available at any price (I don't need the gil), they finally stopped when I turned down 10m, and I've heard of higher. BTW, there are NO plots open or for sale on my world. IF you can get free companies in a bidding war, the sky is the limit, and "a fair price" is whatever THEY are willing to pay, don't let anyone shame you into anything less. This is just a game, no homeless children will starve if you hold out for more gil.
someone was willing to pay 300 for my large... i sold my small one for 10, Seen people sell it for 5m. Friend of mine sold his for 15.
It all depends on the person who's doing the bidding and how much he is willing to pay for it.
If I ever buy a house from a player I wouldnt pay mora than what the plot is worth
It is a free market, charge what you feel comfortable with, at least until Christmas Day. If I was the seller, I would not entertain any offers less then 1.2x plot price because supply is exhausted and demand is very high.
The Christmas Day run on destroyed plots supply will be over very, very quickly and the market will return to exhausted supply with excess demand.
Mists, ward 6, plot 22 on the Siren server. I am selling it for no less them 10mil.
