Super Stuck! The Bloodhounds of Coeathas

I'm trying to finish my book Skywind II. I'm stuck on a levequest called The Bloodhounds of Coerthas which is supposed to be available from the leve NPC Lodille.
However no matter how many times i seem to do the two available levequests The Bloodhounds of Coeathas does not show up. I'm a member of the Maelstrom but i also have the same rank in Twin Adder. In order to have become a Second Storm Lieutenant and Second Serpant Lieutenant I would have had to complete the hunting log for each so... I'm super confused on why i can't get this leve to appear. What am I missing!?

Could just be bad luck, but also are you looking at the different leve tabs? Like there are tabs for each Company, not just the first one that pops up?

Also, you don't need to be affiliated with a particular GC to accept and finish other GC leves so depending on your time and patience, do 1 from each GC to see if it pops

complete but do not turn in until the one you need pops and you finish it

had the same problem. For future reference it's twin adder. hope that helps others.

I have had the same problem with 2 leaves quests for my relic book quests. The first leave quests didn't turn up in the options until the second day of trying. The other I am still waiting for. The leave quest needed just aren't there for any GC.
