More Dyeable options

Make everything dyeable and remove the class restriction on glamours, as long as your charachter can wear it, as in having the class that can use it at the appropriet level.

But if we make all the gear dyeable then developers will have to create more gear sets as the player base wouldn't be satisfied if savage gear and story gear looked exactly the same.

Think about SE's feelings and all those overtimes they would have to do to create light and full versions of gear sets. ._.
