    About the DirectX Error issue, I encountered it too, but it happened only when I had Occlusion Culling enabled.

    I wish this were the fix for me, but unfortunately I run with Occlusion Culling disabled and just had my game crash. I had gone without any fatal errors for a few weeks, too lol.
