May want to explore dark0's angle then. If your card was overclocked out of the box (compared to reference specs), something may be degraded just enough now to put it on the edge of stability now. Cooling may not be as efficient, PSU may be on the lower side of efficiency, or just wear and tear from stress over time, etc. May be a good idea to check for the dust bunnies... Do a little belated spring cleaning so to speak. Might even need to do a little downclocking from the stock settings.

Doesn't necessarily mean it is a bug. Could be putting a heavier load on the system now, and that is exposing the marginal state of the system configuration.

I dust out my casing on a bi-weekly to weekly basis, the tower is stored on the desk to prevent any dirt, dust, animal hair gathering on it en masse, and to prevent any heating issues. I can monitor the interior heat -- everything is fine. Even in the dog days of summer, I do not have heat issues. In addition, the card is not overclocked. Again, these issues only started recently and after looking across here and on Reddit, it seems as if they aren't constrained to a particular graphics card either. Everyone's system differs as well. Mine is more than capable of running this! I often watch the resource monitor and everything is smooth.

I appreciate everyone coming together and offering various solutions. My concern is that it isn't our systems.
