    Both abilities don't activate, just the top one.

    ie. press once for Shadowskin press again for Foresight. If Shadow Skin is on CD then only Foresight actually pops. If Foresight is on CD only Shadowskin pops.

    Unmend is a utility Skill, used for pulling, so queuing GCDs aren't as important for Unmend as other weaponskills, if the conditions for Mercy Stroke aren't met, then the line is ignored, ie. its plain vanilla Unmend
