T7 melusine , rooting the addsWell we do have most of the skills, we are just missing the fights that really utilize them.
Some fights are easier with them though. In A3, throwing slow on the adds that move towards the edge helps to give dps players time to reach them and kill them on time.
Coincounter in AV can be stunned, so tank and melees do not have to move out of the big swing.
The main story fight before Castrum regulary utilizes BLMs/WHMs Sleep to keep the adds asleep away from the group while everyone is burning down the boss.
In T4, for a long time, silencing the thunder attack by the defense systems was super important and the fight was close to impossible to win without doing that, and so on.
I think anything beyond that would make most of the content impossible to clear with random groups that generally lack coordination.![]()
