FC leader kicked everyone from FC but me and left. What do I do?

I'm stuck with an FC, with only me and my alts in it. The FC leader booted everyone and left for another FC himself. The FC has a house. Is there any way I can convert the FC house into a private one?

I don't think so but you just landed a free house. If you don't want the house then try selling the lot on your server so you can move on to another FC. All I'm saying is you got a free house and might as well sell it to make some gil.

Or better yet just find someone who wants a FC house. Then sell the whole thing to them then put in there name. FC's can change names now so why not. If the fc is rank 8 already and has some things done with airships well you might get a nice chunk of change.... you could probably sell it 4 to 20 mil based on what size the house is and how much effort was put into the FC.


If you ask me the prior FC leader was an idiot. he/she just lost out on banking a lot of gil. Just sell the FC house and the lot for 5 mil if a small house. If a medium house sell it for 15 mil and if a large house sell it for 20 to 25 mil. Add 2 to 3 mil on top of that if its rank 8 and add another 2 to 5 mil if you have fc airships.

Based on size, rank and airships you could bank anywhere from 8 mil to 30 mil on that house. Sounds to me you just hit the lottery

Prices are different per server. my server small goes for 10, medium 30-35+ and large ones... lets just say i've seen people buy em for 60+ and i've been offered a wopping 250+ for my FC's house.
But yeah, your leader is a total idiot.

You are so lucky, now you can make use of the new RENAME FC feature and rename the FC to what you like.
There is no way to convert the house, but why do that? With a FC house you can build your own airship! ^^;

I'd have to say not being in an FC with friends would be DULL . I'd never want that.

Assuming you are now the Master of the FC, you can do whatever you like with it.

My similar story:

Nearly my entire FC changed servers about 10 months ago. I was among the last to transfer because I was growing stuff in the garden. When it came time for me to transfer; I did the following:
1. I kicked the remaining inactive members.
2. Put up a PF giving away the FC.
3. Got a person to join.
4. I promoted him to master and left the FC. Then started the server transfer to re-join my friends.

That person got Master of FC, a Medium House, 1.8 million Gil and some random items in the chest at zero cost.
I did not bother "selling the FC" due to the Gil transfer limitation. And could not be bothered converting the Gil to items for resale on the new server.


So, just like the player I gave the FC to, you have been given valuable gift. Just be happy about it.
