Main Quest Continuation Problem

I am up to the quest "Good Intentions" in the main storyline. The quests says I need to open 3 dungeons "The Bowl of Embers"(Ifrit), "The Howling Eye"(Garuda), "The Navel"(Titan).

I looked up the Internet on how to open those dungeons and was told I had to finish the quest "A Recurring Problem" from Minfilia at Waking Sands. I went to Waking Sands but unfortunately Minfilia is no longer there but at Rising Stones. That means I can't continue the main storyline since I can't access the quest "A Recurring Problem".
I tried talking to everyone in Waking Sands and Rising Stones but nothing changes.

I forwarded this to the GM ingame and he told me to talk to Urianger but I told him I had talked to everyone at Waking Sands including Urianger and the only quest he gave was "Drop Dead Shiva" which is a dead end. The GM told me it probably was bug and I should post the message here.

I believe the main problem here is that Minfilia can no longer be accessed at Waking Sands so I missed my chance to do the quest "A Recurring Problem".

Could you please tell me how to fix this problem so I can continue the main story and actually access my Heavensward content.

Just to make sure, did you check the Solar in Sands yet? Went looking for other threads to see what else has been said and a few who have made it this far didn't, yet it worked when they did.

Yes I accessed the Solars in Waking Sands and like I said Minfilia is no longer there

Maybe you have already started that quest? Look in your quest journal and see if you have that quest, or any of the ones that come after it!

I already checked my Journal. I have not completed that quest or currently doing it.

The only quest I have in my Journal is:
"Fear and Odin in the Shroud"
"Corpse Groom"
"A Relic Reborn (Curtana)"
"World of Wonders" (Gold Saucer)

Have you tried attuning to the Aetherite yet? That might be one of the ones that doesn't actually show up in the log. There are a few quests with odd behavior like that.

Which Aetherite are you talking about?

Before you can fight the normal primals you have to attune to the beast tribe's aetheryte. For Ifrit you hit the amaljaa one in the desert, Titan is kobold territory, Leviathin is Sahagin, etc.

I know i have already attuned ifrit aetheryte to unlock hard mode, I went to leviathan aetheryte but nothing happens there though i have already unlocked extreme mode for it. Every other boss is on hard mode so it can't be aetheryte problem
