The same thing could be said about the real world when people hunt various cute and proud animals for little more than sport. Adventurers aren't necessarily nice people. They're opportunists who may do some good but they're just as likely to resort to pillaging the fallen and slaughtering innocents for coin if given the right incentive.

The Korrigans are the absolute worst though. That sound they make. x_x

I actually started to feel bad about doing that quest when I heard that sound xP though that Paissa quest was pretty funny.
