What is the deal with the DF

Day after day I keep queuing up for Void Ark and have to wait an excessive amount of time and still dont get in or I get an error saying that it couldnt que me in at all. I still havent been able to run the dungeon ONE TIME since it came out. This is incredibly frustrating. Am I the only one experiencing this? Has SE looked into this? I saw the display error they talked about among other things and such but nothing on this specifically. Really beginning to rethink my continued sub. Not making a threat but this is getting ridiculous..

Well there are three tanks for a 24-man session of Void Ark... so if thirty tanks sign up and thirty DPS sign up, half the DPS will get in but only a tenth of the tanks will.

Have you tried queuing as a DPS?

You're a tank. That's the problem.

I get in pretty fast as a healer but tanks it takes longer because only 3 can get in per run. It is normal not much you can do about it besides going as a different job.
