Dedicated i206 Monk LF a healthy static.

Hello, Tobii Maru here. Main i206 Monk. Have gotten to Enrage on A3s with a pug group (previous static never made it that far) and cleared Thordan EX in a pug as well (Currently on farm). My previous static broke up due to toxic raid attitudes. I am looking for a group that is fairly established (members have been together for some time) and is on last phase of A3s+.

What you can expect from me:

• I am available all weekdays, all times/time zones. I will always be on time and will notify ahead of schedule if something comes up.
• I am dedicated and strive to master my craft - I do not think I am the best at what I do, however, I constantly aim to work harder and bring better results to the table. I take time outside of raid hours to improve my skills and work out any kinks I may have that holds me back from my full potential. I am humble, but hungry.
• I don't bull shit. Even if a clear is far away or even if I already have something cleared over and over again, I will go above and beyond. I will always use food/pots to deliver my maximum potential for every pull. Being a melee DPS, numbers are important (mechanics as well, obviously) so I strive to give it my all.
• I'm open minded - I play with the belief that no one is perfect, and not one method is absolute. Everyone makes mistakes, but part of progression is about acknowledging and learning from mistakes. That being said, I always welcome constructive criticism and work to address raid issues with a healthy/positive attitude.
• I'm adaptable - I'm not perfect, but I am capable of adapting and adjusting to situations on the fly. I always keep a calm sense of mind in raid, even when situations get heated. For example, I successfully take on the task of stunning 2 of the lubricants/pistons in A3s last add wave when other's can't take their own for whatever reason.

While I am ideally looking for a group on end phase of A3s+, I would not mind trying groups on previous phases or turns. What you can expect from me is what I expect from the rest of the group. Synergy is very important to me as a raider, as I strongly believe that simple factor is what keeps healthy raid teams together.
