Coffin Lid and wind up Echidna too rare?

I have ran void ark about 20 ish times since release and I have not seen either of these drop at all.

Also, I have not seen a single coffin lid or the furniture it makes on the MB over the past two weeks. There is also no sales history for either item, so neither item has been sold at all.

Where are these items? They seem too rare to have to roll against 24 other people for them.

The drop rate is probably the same as the original drop rates for the Throne Gem/Onion Knight and Syrcus Shard/Puff of Darkness in 2.x.

Is it lotted against 24 people or 8 for both of the drops? I've run VA like 20 times and never saw either

I have heard that it works like CT/ST/WOD 2nd chest. It appears on the last boss. I have not seen it happen myself yet, so I can say it with 100% that it's the same exact 2-coffer system.

Nah, I remember seeing multiple ST/CT/VoD mats on the MB the first week that they were available. There has only been a single coffin made on my server so far (that I am aware of). There has been 0 posts for either the furniture or mat over two weeks now. It's rarer. Even if your argument is right and it's the same drop % with less people running it, the % chance is too low for the number of players running it. Either way, it's rarer intentionally or unintentionally.

It needs adjusting.

Hehe a wind up echidna actually dropped in one of my runs and I won against 23 other people with a roll of 94 \o/ but I have yet to see a coffin lid drop.

First time I ever ran Void Ark was this afternoon, and I won the wind-up Echidna with a 97!

Out of all of those, I've only ever come across the Puff myself.
It's exceedingly rare to see, as were these items back in the day.
