Since I last posted on this thread I have changed. I 1st started as a Highlander Hyur Warrior


Then became a Duskwight Elezen Dragoon when my wife joined


Then 1 change in hairstyle and that's it

I didn't change too much since I started.

Me first starting Had this look for a while.


When I changed my hair style to Minfillia's


When I decided I like green better


This was when I decided to change my skin color, and hair color.


Which I decided to change again, and my eyes I had just figured out you could do duel eye color.

Oooh here we go. I'll post mine.
First picture is actually one of my first screenshots I took. Way back in I think May or June 2015 while still doing free trial on PS3.

I started out as Lancer. Not sure why; I'm not even a good DRG. I wish I started out as Conjurer or Archer instead. ^^;
He actually used have a stubble that I got rid of. The hairstyle I did use for a long time.
He doesn't look like he changed much, but he has changed a lot imo.

Then here is a more recent picture on the PS4.

I now mainly use AST, BRD, and SMN. May add RDM with Stormblood.

Oh forgot to mention that at 4 separate points I was a female Miqote, male Lala, female Au Ra, and male Lala again. However using pretty much the same appearance concept.

Don't have very many curated screenshots but I made my Lala based on my XI version, though I ended up changing the hair from the bangs to full on long curly hair. Recently though I decided that as I'm agender and spend my time in RL as a guy, I'd fantasia to female for here. (I actually usually play female in single player games that give me the choice, but I was worried for a while about playing as a girl in online games)

I have a veeeeeery big picture here showing every single look I've taken since I began playing... and yes, I did begin playing as a female Miqo'te, which is now my least favorite gender/race combination.

This image only goes up to Summer '16. Doesn't cover what I've fantasia'd to between then and now. But I hop between male Highlander and Roegadyn often.

I've only changed my hairstyle from a mid length one to a short one and brightened the hue of my limbal rings a little since I started playing around six months ago.

I might play around with the new Sice hairstyle for a samurai look once Stormblood drops, but I don't see myself making any major changes, personally.

ARR Early access(I was sadly one of the ones that got fubared regarding unable to enter duties thus stuck until actual release)


Then I made a new character to switch to when my previous one was around level 45ish.




Who became hyur at the end of ARR



Au Ra at HW release(I switched between Xaela and Raen during this time)




Took a break but came back and ended up switching to Elezen


Tried out a Miqo'te


Elezen again


I would post more but would take up a lot of space :P Just gonna say after this I bounced between Lalafell, Au Ra, Elezen until I switched to Xaela Au Ra for SB

I'm far too nostalgic to only include one FFXI pic!

I'm the Hume, my boyfriend is the Galka, our characters got married in November 2005.



I was never happy with the race I played, I wanted female Galka to be added the whole time!

1.0 (I played a Miqo'te as there was still no physically strong, super-tall female option) My bf played characters that looked the same as his current ones, but we have no screenshots of them.


2.0 - 3.0 - I came back because they added Femroes! Finally I could play as a race I wanted to! We got married (again) in December 2014. :P




I went ginger at some point before Heavensward, as I am irl (although dyed ) Bf changed his hair colour to match his own also.

And today! Big jump but we haven't changed much except for my staple hairstyle has switched to the other Femroe exclusive long hairstyle.

Mine has changed quite a bit over the years.

The earliest I have. From back when I was working on my first 50 (MNK), FATE grinding at Ceruleum Processing Plant shortly after the 2.0 launch.


After a few slight cosmetic tweaks and a tan. I kept this look through most of 2.0 and early 3.0, going back and forth between those two hairstyles.


Mid 3.1ish, I think. Opted for shorter, spikier hair.


The first major change. Hair color, eye color, face style, and skin tone changes. Went for a more Wintery look; white hair with faint ice-blue tint and blue eyes. Slightly lighter skin tone.


This is now. I'm using the new Rainmaker hairstyle while keeping the previous hair color and changed the eye color from blue to turquoise.
