I have put in many reports the last couple months and GM Axafidonx has almost always been the one to handle them. He is fantastic and very fun to talk to, and he gets the job done. He is also very professional in handling reports, especially when I pester him to come to my location and /blowkisses at me. (NOTE: He doesn't. That's okay. I'll just keep trying. /thumbsup)
