As I type I am in a diadem party with one person who just wants to mine, one person who just wants to fish, one person dc'd soon after flying and hasn't come back there's 33 mins left on the clock, the rest of the party is wavering on giving up farming chests and going to mine or harvest and we can't get anything to drop. Even with 3-4 other parties super killing everything that pops. The gatherers don't want to farm but they want to lot on drops from NM's they did not participate in killing. Based on the way loot drops are set in here this is poison for a group that cannot kick or replace members. I joined the random group queu because I want to farm after work not sit here powerless while 2-3 people ruin the only activity I have time to do tonight.

I could run with my FC if I was willing to stop going to work and make that stuff SElikes me to pay every month called money. I see what SE envisioned, they wanted everyone to be included but we've proven 2 weeks in why we can't have nice things, because people are not responsible or respectful with or of other people's time. There are more effective places to get hardsilver, titanium, and Mythrite ore, the other ore is not even useful in anything that i've seen. The same fish in here can be caught outside safer, the chests they gather are not frequent enough to warrant wasting the time on them.

Do what people thought the system was in the first place, make mining and harvesting nodes appear only when monsters are actively being killed by the person's party and only in area's not accessable by the random party queu. Yes a million posts exist already about this gives you an idea it needs to be fixed doesn't it?
